Yuting is a 500 hour RYT yoga teacher who has practiced in the Hatha tradition since 2004. She has been trained in Japan, Australia and the USA.
Yuting welcomes students from all ages, background and body types. Her style is calming, supportive, functional and eclectic. She holds space for her students through a steady paced practice, cultivating breath awareness to feel deeper into the energetics of the body.

Private lessons offer much more personalised attention that isn’t always possible in a public class. It is also great for beginners as techniques, alignment and sequences are taught one on one to support confidence in joining future public classes.

Yuting holds meditation and yoga nidra classes that are accessible to everyone.
She guides students on practical techniques to help relax the body and mind, and better understand our thoughts. Her yoga nidra helps ease your body into parasympathetic relaxation, which can significantly improve fatigue and assist with sleep, stress management and calmness.
She also teaches a women’s only Womb Meditation, a loving and grounding meditation for women who are going through fertility journey, health recovery, vulvodynia/vaginismus or for those who are just interested in trying something different.
